At AuraNoir, we hold our products to the highest standards. Due to the intimate nature of our collection and strict health and hygiene regulations, our return policy is designed to protect all of our customers.

Change of Mind

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind if the product packaging has been opened, the hygiene seal is broken, or the product has been used. If the item is completely unopened and the tamper-evident seal is perfectly intact, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a store credit (shipping fees are non-refundable).

Faulty or Defective Items

Your pleasure shouldn't be interrupted by a faulty product. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if your item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, we’ve got you covered.
